This how i answer the are for improvement.
Nothing to post so i decided to post my little homework here


Areas for improvement:
Basically we need to improve in areas that involve money and also design. Why is that so? Its because that trends keep changing after a period of time and that is why we need to really focus on designing the tshirt that are related to the trend .Not only that, we also need to design professionally in order to come out with something that will catch the customer’s attention. In order to do that, we really need to come out with something new. Why is money involved? This is due to the financial crisis that the nation is facing. In order to get what we want, we have to manage our finance properly. This way, one can get the things they need within the given budget. In fact , we even exceeded our budget and that is the area where we need to improve on. How we determined to improve in those areas is by the response to ourselves and to our suppliers. We don’t encourage to loan money from the bank as we will end up paying a lot of money for interests and late fees. The third thing we need to improve on is by understanding the customer needs and wants. We need to conduct a server in understanding the better needs and wants from them . we also need to improve on defining the target group. Our target markets are teenagers but from what age to what age will they still be on trend. In order to get the answer, we need to conduct a server to better understanding of our target group.The last area we need to improve on is by optimising resources to cut down cost
